Job Specifications

Position Title:
Business Development Representative
As part of this highly dynamic, super motivated and resilient sales team, you will focus on delivering value rich, consultative sales pitches to prospective US customers.  In this exciting role, you will sell the value of HH Global marketing services and product lines to external potential clients by identifying client contacts, analyzing client needs, engaging with potential sales leads via a variety of mediums, and meeting sales quotas on a monthly basis.  The ideal candidate is competitive by nature, and thrives in a fast paced sales environment at a growing and entrepreneurial company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify relevant contacts within prospective clients in target market segments
• Contact potential clients using a variety of mediums – phone, email, mail and social media – to arrange sales pitches and meetings for HH Global
• Integrate with marketing to design and execute creative contact strategies that increase response rates
• Learn about customer’s current marketing services processes, and customize HH Global value propositions to prospects
• Set in-person sales meetings with high potential prospects – help develop value proposition strategy
• Capture all client information and meeting debriefs in CRM software
• Provide high level client relationship management to potential clients

• Driven performer with at least 5+ years of sales experience
• A proven track record of success in a sales position
• Exceptional and confident verbal/written communication skills
