Customer Service Representative II - Flexographic Plates Division

Job Location: Concord, CA
The Customer Service Representative II (CSR II) manages and acts as a Customer Service Team Lead regarding the service delivery process life cycle for Sun Chemical's high profile CPG and converter customers. The delivery process life cycle includes all aspects of Customer Service from initial order receipt, billing / invoicing jobs, to final delivery. The CSR II will leverage their understanding of pre-press, corrugated / wide-web printing, and Flexographic Plates to partner with Production Artists to ensure that plate orders are processed effectively and efficiently. The CSR II manages customer order expectations through planned account support while acting as a liaison with internal plate manufacturing operations. Additionally, the CSR II will partner with plate manufacturing operations to troubleshoot issues and plan and help develop processes for resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. The CSR II interfaces with all areas including internal management and above, sales team, customers, production, etc. The CSR II is also responsible for the training of new Customer Service Representatives and will act as a back-up for the main Customer Service Supervisor.
5 years of Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience working with Corrugated and/or Wide-Web Converting and Pre-Press preferred
Six Sigma / Lean experience preferred
Proficiency with Zoho CRM, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Customer focused with strong interpersonal communication skills.
Strong proficiency in both oral and written communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Office experience
