Office Assistant Internship
Description:
We are seeking to hire a Personal Assistant to assist our Property Manager with his daily work assignments. No Personal Assistant work experience needed but must be someone who is able and "happy" to work .
Applicant MUST be proficient in these skills and have VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE in these tasks
EXCEL (have the ability to work with , design and maintain spread sheets)
MS WORD
QUICKBOOKS
EXCELLENT filing skills
Diligence in record keeping
Qualifications:
Good telephone skills
Ability to be coached
Willingness to work under tight deadlines
Open to accepting direct instruction and follow established procedures
Be a TEAM PLAYER
Be orderly and neat
Be Punctual
NOT A CLOCK WATCHER
Ability to work an occasional Saturday
Ability to answer calls and coordinate technicians one weekend out of 4
and have both initiative and skills necessary to learn our dispatching and scheduling program
