What does an Inside Sales Rep do?
An Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
A big part of the job is working with existing clients to help ensure their continued success. By reaching out proactively and responding to inbound sales requests, the I.S.R. will help them identify opportunities to improve impact through consistent high-quality printing and marketing.
In addition, the I.S.R. will look for opportunities to build new business. To do this, the I.S.R. would need to be comfortable using social media, and other online tools, to learn about new prospects and engage with them in creative ways. This includes reaching out via phone and email, as well as taking part in online conversations.
Provide exceptional service to existing client base to grow recurring revenue
